This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", or "your") and ToolMono("Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing ToolMono through any web browser, mobile device, or automated request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our platform.

ToolMono grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, non-transferable license to use our developer tools, formatting utilities, converters, and documentation for both personal and commercial software development purposes.

User Data Ownership: You retain 100% complete intellectual property ownership over all code snippets, data payloads, text documents, image graphics, and files that you input into or produce using ToolMono. We claim zero copyright or ownership rights over your data.

Platform Intellectual Property: The ToolMono platform branding, logo graphics, UI components, site design, technical documentation guides, and source code are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, mirror, rebrand, or build competing wrapper services using our platform assets without explicit written authorization.

To maintain sub-50ms page performance and zero-downtime reliability for all human software developers, automated access is governed by strict Fair Use policies:

• Automated Scraping Prohibited: Scraping, bulk data harvesting, or automated headless browser crawling of our platform outside standard search engine indexing is prohibited.
• API Abuse & Rate Limits: Automated scripts attempting to execute bulk requests against internal service endpoints or static bundle assets are subject to rate limiting or IP blocking.
• Malicious Input Prohibited: You may not use ToolMono to attempt cross-site scripting (XSS) injection, distribute malware, or disrupt platform infrastructure.

THE TOOLS, UTILITIES, CALCULATORS, CONVERTERS, AND DOCUMENTATION ON ToolMono ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WHILE OUR ENGINEERING TEAM MAINTAINS AUTOMATED TEST SUITES AND VALIDATES TOOLS AGAINST OFFICIAL LANGUAGE SPECIFICATIONS, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT UTILITY OUTPUTS ARE 100% ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY SYSTEM. USERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING CRITICAL CODE OUTPUTS BEFORE DEPLOYING TO PRODUCTION.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ToolMono, ITS MAINTAINERS, DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA CORRUPTION, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR SYSTEM DOWNTIME) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PLATFORM.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue tools, features, or technical specifications on ToolMonoat any time without prior notice. Updates to these Terms of Service will be posted directly to this page with an updated "Last Updated" revision date. Continued use of our platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
