Support Response SLAs & Priority Tiers
All incoming inquiries are cataloged and triaged according to impact severity:
Critical vulnerability disclosures, XSS, header bypass, or CSP policy issues.
Tool parsing failures, unexpected calculation outputs, or layout rendering bugs.
New tool suggestions, parameter additions, or CLI export feature proposals.
Documentation corrections, partnership requests, or technical inquiries.
How to Submit an Effective Bug Report
To help our engineering team diagnose and fix issues quickly, please structure bug report emails with the following details:
- 1. Tool URL:Specify the exact route (e.g.
https://toolmono.com/tools/json-formatter). - 2. Environment Details:Operating system (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS) and browser version (e.g. Chrome 122, Firefox 123).
- 3. Reproduction Steps:Exact sequence of button clicks, mode selections, or options toggled.
- 4. Sample Non-Sensitive Input:A sanitized code snippet or dummy payload demonstrating the failure. (Never send private passwords or production API tokens).
- 5. Console Logs:Copy error messages from browser Developer Tools console (F12) if available.
Responsible Security Disclosure Protocol
Security researchers and developers who discover security concerns (such as Content Security Policy headers, cross-site scripting risks, or dependencies vulnerabilities) are encouraged to report them responsibly.
Please send vulnerability details to toolmono.support@gmail.com with the subject line [SECURITY DISCLOSURE]. We request that security researchers refrain from publicly disclosing vulnerabilities until our engineering team has acknowledged and deployed a remediation patch.
